The rules that govern use of Clippology's services.
1. Scope of services
Work is performed to the specification recorded in each quote. Post-delivery change requests are chargeable unless they qualify under the revision policy.
2. Turnaround
Standard delivery windows are estimates, not fixed commitments. Faster rush delivery can be ordered and may be priced higher. Any expected delay is reported to you as soon as it is known.
3. Payments
Payment terms: due on receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Methods: major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer.
4. Confidentiality
Ownership of every file you submit stays with you. Access is restricted to the editors assigned to your project.
5. Revisions & refunds
A reasonable number of revisions is included. If a defect cannot be corrected, a refund is evaluated on the specifics of the case.
